In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives in less than acceptable condition, we will make all necessary repairs, no questions asked *.
Certain defects may be repaired in your home with our authorization. If the repair cannot be completed in your home, arrangements will be made to transport the item to one of our Factory Service Centers.

info@livinggreenfurniture.com within three (3) business days of our delivery.
Certain information is required to process a request for service, including your Full Name, Shipping Address, Contact Information (phone and/or email), Order Number and the Style and Serial Numbers of the item (these numbers are on the white label sewn to the underside of the piece of furniture).
CancellationsYou may cancel your order (for a full refund) as long as you do so within three (3) business days of placing the order. Please understand that once your custom furniture order has been placed into production, it can no longer be cancelled.
