Our delivery team will carefully carry your new furniture into your home, unpack it, place it just where you want it, and then remove all packing materials on their way out. All White Glove Delivery team members are experienced furniture movers and are always eager to help.

The process is simple. Approximately one week before your furniture will be delivered, you will receive a call notifying you of the delivery date. You’ll then receive a second call the day before the scheduled delivery to advise you of the four-hour time window during which your furniture will be delivered the next day. If either the delivery dates or times are inconvenient for you, our team will be happy to work with you over the phone to find a more suitable delivery arrangement.

Please note, delivery is limited to two flights of stairs unless prior notification is given and approved in writing. Additional charges may apply if furniture needs to be carried up or down more than two flights.

NOTE: Delivery of all orders usually takes place within 6-8 weeks of order receipt. In the rare case that a particular order is delayed, you will be notified within this 6-8 week period.
